If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us to add/remove an item. If your order has already shipped, you will need to place a new order for additional items.

If your order has not shipped yet, you may cancel it at any time by filling out an Order Cancellation Request form to request that your order be canceled. We will process your request within 2 business days. Note: items that have already  been processed by our warehouse or shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our return policy. Your order confirmation email/text contains a link to your Order Status Page. Here you can find information about any shipments for your order, including current tracking information.

Your order is likely still being processed by our team. If it has been longer than 2 business days, there may be one or more items that are currently backordered. Please contact us for further details about the status of your order.

There are a variety of reasons why we may need to cancel an order. Your order cancellation email/text typically contains a summary of the reason. For further details, please contact us and reference your order number.

We ship items as they are available. Often, we will split a shipment so that you don't have to wait for a backordered item to receive the rest of your order. Items may also be in stock in different warehouse locations which will result in multiple shipments. Your order status page will show you the tracking number for each shipment and which item(s) it contains.
